This is lycra (spandex) at best... the shiny look comes only from the very strong lightning !
(see the number of neons around them) so it's like cheating!

C'est au mieux du lycra, pas du PVC ni du latex, et le côté brillant vient seulement du sur-éclairage (cf le nombreux néons) bref c'est de la triche !
